I firmly believe that early education plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s personality. With over two decades in innovative school education, I’ve worked as a teacher, trainer, counselor, and school leader, dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences.
My journey began as an Educational Consultant with Lotus Learning, Chennai—then the Indian arm of World Book, Inc., USA. Today, I lead a team of passionate professionals, committed to nurturing young minds and laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Founder, Education First
I believe that life is truly meaningful when we do what we love. As an IIM-Ahmedabad MDP alumnus and Certified NLP Practitioner (Singapore), my passion lies in helping young minds discover their uniqueness—the foundation of a fulfilling and impactful life.
Inspired by Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, I designed the Map My Intelligences program to help students identify their strengths and carve their own path. A quote by Leo Buscaglia deeply resonates with me: “The essence of education is to help one discover their uniqueness, develop it, and give it away.”
A lifelong learner myself, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Corruption & Governance from the University of Sussex, UK. My mission? To empower the next generation to find purpose, contribute to society, and shape a better world.
